  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Administer benefits, including health, dental, and vision plans, as well as 401(k) and other employee programs.
  • Manage employee data, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and training records.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, management, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with department directors to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives.
  • Conduct new hire orientations, training sessions, and other HR-related programs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and analytics to inform HR decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications.

Preferred Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
