Position: Technical Business Analyst

In this role, you will be an integral part of the customer-focused project implementation team. The Technical Business Analyst will be tasked with comprehending the telemedicine workflow needs of our clients and translating those requirements into effective technical configurations within the eVisit platform, ultimately contributing to the success of healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of system features and capabilities to effectively support both internal and client-facing implementation teams.
  • Utilize defined business requirements to configure the eVisit system, driving positive outcomes for clients.
  • Follow user experience guidelines to ensure configurations are user-friendly, effective, and promote client adoption.
  • Complete configuration requests in alignment with timelines, resources, and scope outlined in client contracts and project plans.
  • Proactively communicate potential project risks to the project manager overseeing the initiative.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in technical business areas, guiding decisions related to system configuration and reporting.
  • Monitor incoming requests and issue resolutions using productivity tracking tools.
  • Contribute to the development of configuration standards and best practices to maintain efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Create user documentation to support client-facing User Acceptance Testing.
  • Document and share outcomes from end-to-end testing processes.
  • Identify and communicate the impact of system enhancements or configuration changes on integrated systems and processes.
  • Track and evaluate new system functionalities, enhancements, and bug fixes in production environments for assigned projects.
  • Stay informed about security and compliance policies relevant to the healthcare sector.
  • Foster and maintain positive working relationships across departments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years in a technical, client-facing role; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing and balancing shifting priorities.
