Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, making a meaningful difference in their lives and the lives of their families.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on the medical needs and treatment of pediatric patients in their homes, following the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct ongoing patient assessments and administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies as needed.
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and high-quality patient care.
  • Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes and promote preventative initiatives to protect quality of care.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • An active RN or LPN/LVN license
  • Experience providing care in a client home setting
  • The ability to make a positive and lasting impression on patients and families
