About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care to medically fragile children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements
  • Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
