Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, providing one-on-one care and support. Our flexible scheduling options allow you to choose from a range of shifts, including days and nights.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to medically fragile children
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • RN/LVN with a current valid license to practice as issued by the State Board of Nursing
  • Current CPR certification
