We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and young adults in their homes. Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes
  • Conduct ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and family members to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate family members on patient care and empower them to take an active role in their child's health and well-being
