Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a leading provider of skilled pediatric home care, we are committed to delivering high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled pediatric home care to patients in Nacogdoches, TX
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • Current RN/LVN license to practice in the state of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
