Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team at Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health. As a pediatric home health nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, one-on-one medical care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Conduct ongoing patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions
  • Educate family members on patient care and promote positive outcomes
