As a Business Risk Manager within PNC's Enterprise Change Strategies & Delivery organization, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing risk management initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Establishes and oversees the execution of the risk management strategy across various business lines. Acts as a champion for the risk management program.


Ensures that risk management strategies and programs are effectively established, maintained, and enhanced to assist the businesses in managing their risks while fulfilling business and regulatory requirements.

Supervises the timely and proper execution of the risk management program across the business lines, providing consultation to implement program components.


Offers risk expertise while collaborating with business units and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit). Monitors changes in internal and external environments to identify emerging risks.


Leads and engages cross-functional teams while developing internal capabilities.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates must demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities for this role. The following are required:

  • Background in Quality Assurance, Auditing, Risk Management, and/or Testing.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Traditional).
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

Roles at this level typically require a university/college degree, with 5+ years of relevant industry experience. Specific certifications may be required.

In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered.
