In this role, you will be integral to our Building Technologies & Solutions division, overseeing significant HVAC Controls construction projects. Your expertise will be essential in managing projects valued at $1M or more, ensuring their successful execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale HVAC construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to optimize project strategies, vendor selection, and risk assessments.
  • Maintain compliance with all legal and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, proactively addressing any changes or challenges that arise.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or an Associate's degree with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of eight years of project management experience in the building construction sector.
  • Experience in managing mechanical retrofits, HVAC controls, and related systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and financial systems.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
