Veterinary Client Service Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and client communications through various platforms.
  • Maintain an organized and inviting lobby area.
  • Process client transactions and manage prescription refills.
  • Provide basic pet health information and document client interactions in our digital records.

  • Strong phone etiquette and computer proficiency.
