Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain long-term business and client partnerships.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and deliver effective solutions to client inquiries and challenges.
  • Facilitate open communication among our clients, their customers, and our Client Relations Associate Team.
  • Leverage product expertise to promote additional products and services as necessary, supporting our sales team in acquiring new clients.
  • Ensure clients receive a personalized purchasing experience coupled with exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to guarantee order processing is completed and installation schedules are established.
  • Record client contact details, verify the accuracy of purchase orders, and relay all pertinent information to our Senior Customer Support team.
  • Work in tandem with fellow Client Relations Specialists and other Customer Service, Sales, and Client Relations team members to achieve all sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent certification is required.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or similar fields is preferred.
  • People-oriented with a strong passion for relationship building.
  • Exhibits a charismatic and approachable demeanor that resonates with fellow Client Relations Specialists and team members.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated to enhance interpersonal skills.
  • Practices active listening and demonstrates empathy towards client concerns.
  • Solution-focused and proactive in addressing unforeseen challenges.
