Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Veterinary experience is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency with basic office functions, including word processing, typing, and email communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
