Palliative Care Specialist Wanted

The Provider Finder is recruiting a skilled Nurse Practitioner to lead our palliative care program. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and educating patients and families on palliative care principles.

About the Role:
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- Collaborative team environment, working with physicians, ARNPs, social workers, and chaplains
- Average caseload: 8-12 patients per day

Qualifications:
- Medical professional license in Washington State and DEA with full prescriptive authority required
- Certification as Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse (ACHPN) preferred
- One to three years' experience in inpatient palliative care setting preferred

Compensation and Perks:
- Competitive salary range: $125,000 - $165,000
