We are seeking an experienced and skilled Advanced Practice Nurse to join our team in Seattle, Washington. As an Advanced Practice Nurse in Critical Care, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and leading quality improvement initiatives.
About the Role- Lead quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient safety, care quality, and outcomes in the critical care unit.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and effectiveness in care delivery.
- Monitor patient care outcomes and implement strategies to improve patient safety and care quality.
The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Nursing with a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) certification and a minimum of 3-5 years of critical care nursing experience. Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills are required for this role.
