Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per annum

Job Description:

As an Expert Cardiovascular Clinician, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care. Your duties will include:

  • Developing and implementing evidence-based care plans for patients
  • Mentoring junior staff members and promoting professional development
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong background in cardiovascular nursing, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar setting. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with compact licenses and navigating the requirements for WA state licensure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

As a highly skilled nurse, you will possess:

  • A current RN license in good standing
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in cardiovascular nursing
  • Familiarity with advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS) and other relevant certifications
