We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Seattle Children's. As a provider of pediatric healthcare, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes. Your expertise in assessing, diagnosing, initiating treatment, evaluating interventions, performing procedures, and evaluating outcomes will be invaluable to our patients and families.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care across a range of specialties
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and make data-driven decisions to improve care
  • Participate in education, consultation, research, and evaluation of clinical practice

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in nursing or a physician assistant program
  • Active, unencumbered registered nurse and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure in the State of Washington (for NPs)
  • Current national certification as a pediatric or family nurse practitioner (for NPs)
  • Active, unencumbered physician assistant licensure in the State of Washington (for PAs)
  • Initial certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (for PAs)
  • Active Drug Enforcement Authority registration
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Professionals

Compensation: $98,213 - $144,189 per annum (based on 2080 hours worked). This compensation range includes a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
