About the RoleThis full-time position offers an excellent compensation package, with an estimated annual salary between $126,417 and $158,838. The role comes with productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, and CME benefits available to providers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in palliative care settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose, and manage patients' conditions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
