Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Time for Change Foundation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to management related to benefits, hiring, and other key HR areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave requests, and benefits information.
  • Manage internal and external communications for the HR department, ensuring timely and effective communication with employees and management.
  • Ensure HR compliance with the latest laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes in labor legislation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to employee queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational and program objectives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of relevant work experience in human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good ethics, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage employee relations.
  • A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
