Human Resource Specialist

As an Army Human Resource Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the readiness, health, and welfare of all soldiers. Your responsibilities will include performing personnel and administrative functions, providing human resources support to military members, and ensuring the effective management of personnel records.
Qualifications and Training:- Must receive a minimum score of 100 on the General Technical (GT) and 90 on the Clerical (CL) portions of the ASVAB test.
- Must meet Secret security clearance requirements.
- Must complete 10 weeks of Basic Combat Training (BCT) and 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training (AIT).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to follow detailed orders and instructions.
- English and business administration aptitude.
- Must be a US citizen or I-551 cardholder.
- Must be between the ages of 17-34.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Total compensation includes housing, medical, food, special pay, and vacation time.
- Cash bonuses for enlisting under certain Military Occupational Specialties.
