Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Toyota/Lexus of Knoxville. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to make informed sales decisions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
