We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Center for Human Development. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality care for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide ongoing quality assurance for programming under the medication administration program (MAP)
- Support certified staff in medication management and act as a clinical support for Licensed Practical Nurses in the division
- Monitor and implement clinical/medical protocols as needed to ensure staff have necessary training on supporting client clinical and medical complexities
- Participate as part of a multidisciplinary team including case management, OT, direct service, and social work staff
- Registered Nurse licensure with a minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to ever-changing needs
- Pediatric experience and knowledge of the medication administration program (MAP) are preferred
This is a salaried position with a competitive annual salary of $80,000, open to reasonable negotiations based on experience. We offer a flexible Monday-Friday day shift schedule with rotating on-call responsibilities.
