Overview:
This role will oversee the management of co-workers and processes, ensuring seamless delivery of nutrition services. The ideal candidate will be a registered and licensed Dietitian with clinical experience, proficient in EPIC and able to represent the department at clinical meetings. They will also perform medical record audits to ensure adherence to nutrition standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage co-workers and processes to ensure efficient delivery of nutrition services
- Represent the department at clinical meetings and ensure effective communication
- Perform medical record audits to ensure adherence to nutrition standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans to meet patient needs
Requirements:
- Experience: Five years experience as a dietitian
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Human Nutrition, or related field
- Certifications: Registered and Licensed Dietitian, ASPEN, AADDE, CNSD, CDE Pediatric certification, or Renal certification
- Leadership skills, ability to read and write, and proficiency with EMR and nutrition software
