Clinical Resource Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our cardiac/structural team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a resource and leader in the continuum of care for our Structural Heart patients
- Manage the clinical workup of new patients, including medication management and ancillary testing
- Collaborate with surgeons, clinic co-workers, perioperative co-workers, and leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in the continuum of perioperative care
- Assist in the development of processes to meet Mercy's dimensions of excellence
- 2 years of intraoperative experience
- Preferred experience: 5 years of Cardiac experience
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
- Preferred: CNOR certification
