Clinical Resource Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Resource Specialist to join our team at Mercy. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a resource and leader in the continuum of care for our Structural Heart patients
- Manage medications, place ancillary testing and procedural orders, and work in-basket messages
- Provide patient education, schedule procedures and clinic visits, and coordinate clinical support on procedure day
- Collaborate with surgeons, clinic co-workers, perioperative co-workers and leaders, and inpatient nursing co-workers to identify opportunities for improvement in the continuum of perioperative care
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Preferred Certification/Registration: CNOR
