Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute trade marketing programs that support key accounts and distribution partners.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, media outlets, and industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Oversee Marketing Materials: Oversee the development of compelling marketing materials, including advertising, packaging, POS materials, and digital content.
  • Monitor Performance: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role within the luxury beverage industry.
  • Skills: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns and strategies, strong understanding of the US market, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to think creatively and strategically, and experience managing budgets and delivering results within allocated resources.
