We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy performance and profitability.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise pharmacy team members.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
  • Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing.
  • Certified immunizer preferred.
  • 1 year of supervisory experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Dependent on length of service, hours worked and any applicable collective bargaining agreement, benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, sick pay (accrued based on hours worked), PTO/Vacation pay (accrued based on hours worked), paid holidays (between 7-9 days annually), bereavement pay, and retirement benefits (such as 401(k) eligibility).

Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus.

The pay for this position is $79.25 per hour, but no less than the local minimum wage. Starting rates will vary based on things like location, experience, qualifications and the terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
