About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity to work as a Call Center Representative in a corporate office, scheduling appointments for patients and providers while keeping medical records up-to-date.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing high call volumes to set appointments via inbound/outbound calls
  • Updating patient demographics and pre-registering them in EPIC, with provided training
  • Capturing, entering, and reporting data accurately to management
  • Ensuring services are delivered promptly
  • Meeting key performance indicators
  • Reporting discrepancies and identifying areas for improvement to supervisors
Additional Responsibilities

You will also be working on special projects and assignments as needed, leveraging your skills to drive growth and advancement throughout the network.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3+ years of experience as a Call Center Representative
  • Healthcare Admin or Healthcare Customer Service expertise preferred
  • A High School degree or equivalent required
  • Strong oral, listening, and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task, managing telephone and computer simultaneously
  • The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is between $18.00 and $22.00 per hour, reflecting the value you bring to the organization.
