Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Global Facility Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer requests for facility services with our contractors in an efficient and quick manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide critical oversight in checking in on third parties, such as mall property managers and landlords as needed.
- Submit proposals to clients once reviewed and approved for submission.
- Schedule and confirm security for locations as needed.
- Handle minor client escalations and resolve them to the best of your ability before sending them up the chain.
- Pursue follow-through with corporate offices and confirm successful case completion with client locations.
- Qualify and follow up on vendor pricing.
- Finalize pricing when a case is ready to be closed.
- Help fix invoice issues.
- Send approvals to vendors for pricing.
- Provide oversight when onsite times are longer than expected or desired.
- Dispatch RFPs to vendors.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- High school or college experience or related industry experience.
- At least one year of experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment.
- A proven track record of excellent customer service and process management skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook, as well as internet research tools.
- Bilingualism is a plus.
