We are seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator to report to the Senior Director of Brand Experience in the development and execution of all campaign initiatives for all brands that Radical Share supports.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for pop culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of effective marketing plans in collaboration with Social, Influencer, PR, Paid Media, Brand, and Creative teams.
  • Craft and manage project timelines, partner with internal teams, and manage communication with external vendors.
  • Perform a variety of project management-related coordination, including crafting and managing project timelines, gathering creative elements needs for campaigns, updating budget tracking, analyzing results, and providing suggestions based on working knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization to inform ongoing planning and business/brand alignment.
  • Partner with the team to identify, develop, and maintain global marketing objectives, priorities, plans, and processes to drive global and regional business and brand goals.
  • Assist in monitoring campaign results and performance and help prepare reports for strategic analysis of campaigns to share with the internal team.
  • Support the development and tracking against marketing campaigns, including global/regional planning, reporting, and share-out with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of Global Marketing experience, ideally with a background in media and entertainment.
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong communications skills, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with measurement, analytic, and listening dashboards (i.e., Google Analytics and Shopify Analytics) a plus.
