Job Title: Brand Experience Coordinator

Job Summary: Radical Share is a digital marketing agency that specializes in finding innovative ways to integrate brands into pop culture. We work with renowned brands and our mission is to design the best creative ad experiences possible to drive business growth.


Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the development of effective marketing plans in collaboration with brand, creative, merchandising, e-comm, social/influencer, CRM & paid teams.
  2. Craft and manage project timelines, partner with internal teams, and manage communication with external vendors.
  3. Perform project management related coordination, including crafting and managing project timelines, gathering creative elements needs for campaigns, updating budget tracking, analyzing results, and providing suggestions based on working knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
  4. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization (Brand, E-commerce, Paid Media, Social/Influencer, Creative & PR) to inform ongoing planning and business/brand alignment.
  5. Partner with the team to identify, develop, and maintain global marketing objectives, priorities, plans, and processes to drive global & regional business and brand goals.
  6. Partner closely with brand managers and marketing channels to ensure campaign planning needs, asset requirements, and delivery timetables are achieved.
  7. Assist in monitoring campaign results and performance and help prepare reports for strategic analysis of campaigns to share with the internal team.
  8. Support the development and tracking against marketing campaigns, including global/regional planning, reporting, and share-out with cross-functional teams.


Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of global marketing experience, preferably in media & entertainment.
  • Strong communications skills, resourcefulness, and a proactive attitude.
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience with measurement, analytic, and listening dashboards (i.e., Google Analytics & Shopify Analytics) is a plus.
  • Passion for pop culture.


Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
