Job Title: Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Staff Management Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our production line, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the readiness of the production line at start-up.
  • Coordinate activities with the outgoing Supervisor to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Ensure the line is cleared of all product and packaging materials from the previous run.
  • Conduct or supervise required sanitation procedures to minimize downtime and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
  • Monitor the production process, make periodic checks, and adjust equipment or work practices to maximize production efficiency, yields, quality, and safety.

Requirements:

  • MUST be bilingual (English AND Spanish)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
  • 2+ years' experience working in a warehouse is crucial
  • Manufacturing/distribution experience is crucial
  • Demonstrated experience supporting, following, and communicating company safety guidelines and programs.
