Recruiter and Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter and Business Development professional to join our team at American Healthcare Staffing, LLC.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a strong ability to conduct various types of interviews and assessments. They will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and providing analytical recruiting reports to internal and external teams.
Responsibilities- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to identify top candidates
- Conduct structured and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates' fit for the role
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Provide detailed recruiting reports to internal and external teams
- Act as a point of contact and build relationships with candidates during the selection process
- 1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes
- Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Flexible schedule
