Job Overview

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand our client base within specific geographic regions.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information is maintained in our database system, providing our agents with the most current data.
  • Convert prospective clients into qualified real estate leads through consistent follow-up and communication, and add them to our sales pipeline.
  • Qualify incoming leads for appointments with our realtors and field agents, ensuring timely responses and meeting their needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports to the team, highlighting progress toward company goals.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is desired.
  • At least one year of sales experience in a similar role, such as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position.
