KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General Duties:

  • Represent Paladin Technologies in a professional manner to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Be available for work outside of standard business hours when necessary.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of oneself and others.
  • Safeguard and maintain company property.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including:
    • Project records, equipment logs, daily reports, vehicle documentation, and timekeeping.
  • Maintain necessary professional licenses as mandated by local and state regulations.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

Specific Duties:

  • Oversee system initiation, programming, and testing to guarantee full compliance and performance.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and develop training materials.
  • Assist in training technicians on installation methods and security systems.
  • Maintain daily communication with the Project Manager regarding project status, delays, and requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines throughout project phases.
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to facilitate the complete closeout and handover of projects to clients and service teams.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT sector, including at least 1 year of advanced computer skills, such as hardware setup and configuration, software application management, and network systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Covid-19 vaccination is required due to client mandates.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Genetec programming.
  • An associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics, with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:

  • Proficient in the safe operation of hand and power tools.
  • Capable of solving practical issues and executing responsibilities independently.
  • Strong focus on client satisfaction and results.
  • Ability to organize tasks for effective implementation.
  • Proven track record of completing projects within budget and on schedule.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Able to interact effectively across various levels and cultures.
  • Function well as a team member.
  • Adaptable to changes in the external environment and organizational structure.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The following physical demands are typical for this role:

  • Effective communication abilities (seeing, hearing, speaking, and writing) to interact with colleagues and clients; manual dexterity for reaching, climbing, lifting moderate objects, and operating tools and office equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: The working conditions for this position may include:

  • Site work similar to standard construction environments.
  • Additional settings such as offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, warehouses, and parking structures.
  • Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
  • Local travel with occasional overnight trips.
  • Training as required.

Compensation: $33 - $38/hour (Dependent on Experience)
