Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent to facilitate leasing operations across our properties in the Brooklyn Park/Minneapolis area.

Key Responsibilities:
The Multisite Leasing Consultant/Agent will collaborate with Hiring Managers and Leasing Teams to maintain high occupancy levels at various apartment communities, including Eden Park, Fountains in the Park, Windsor Gates, Sterling Square, West Broadway, Stone Grove, City Limits, and The Meadows of Coon Rapids.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, a background in sales, and exceptional organizational abilities. Attention to detail, effective verbal and written communication, flexibility in scheduling, and a professional demeanor are essential.

Requirements:
A valid driver's license is mandatory, as regular travel to each property within the region is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $21, plus commissions of $50 to $75 for each new lease
