Job Summary

The Client Success Director will play a pivotal role in driving the growth strategy of Get Engaged as an agency, while spearheading the expansion of the Brand team. This individual will be responsible for high-level communication between brand clients and respective GE departments, ensuring internal teams adhere to agreed-upon strategies, and providing clients with the necessary resources to support brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with brand clients and GE departments

  • Oversee the development of internal and external cross-department decks for brand client needs
  • Identify new opportunities and make strategic recommendations to establish clients as industry leaders
