Job Title: Senior Account Director, Client Services Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to lead our client services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and overseeing the execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of client strategies
  • Manage client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Manage budgets and finances related to client programs

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of sponsorship/brand marketing experience
  • Exceptional client service skills
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and developing strategic plans
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
