Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations and Accounting Lead with good core accounting skills to manage AP, AR and invoicing as well as overseeing day-to-day office operations. You'll fill an integral role and work daily with all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Core Accounting Responsibilities:

  • General Accounting: Responsibilities include but not limited to AP, AR, Invoicing, Payroll, Expenses, Financial Reporting and assist with Month-End Close.
  • Liaise and Support communicate with and provide support to third party CPA firm
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budget tracking and help prepare forecasts based on financial trends.

Operations Responsibilities:

  • Administrative & Contracting Support: Oversee daily office operations, manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and maintain office supplies. Maintain both physical and digital filing systems for contracts, employee records, and company documents.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors for office-related services, including software subscriptions, office supplies, and other third-party services.
  • HR Coordination: Assist with onboarding new employees, benefits & payroll enrollment as well as on-going communication and implementation of company policy.
  • Executive Support Responsibilities: Support leadership with high-priority projects, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in core accounting and office management, preferably within a Healthcare SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with payroll and HR software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-starter approach to things.
