Job Summary

The Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth and development for Ranpak. This position is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior-level contacts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in national account management
  • Strategic selling capabilities, with a demonstrated history of quota achievement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations, collaborating with varying department leaders
