Job Title: Manager, Walk to End Alzheimer's

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Manager to lead our Walk to End Alzheimer's program in Butler County, Warren County, and Southeast Indiana. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for implementing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve our mission to end Alzheimer's disease.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic fundraising plan to achieve revenue goals and expand our Walk to End Alzheimer's program
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of volunteers to support fundraising efforts and event execution
  • Build and maintain relationships with key community leaders, corporate partners, and sponsors to secure funding and support
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to promote the Walk to End Alzheimer's program
  • Manage event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and volunteer coordination
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising, event planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting and managing volunteers, building relationships with community leaders and corporate partners, and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
