Job Title: Manager, The Longest Day

Join the Alzheimer's Association team as a Manager, The Longest Day, and play a critical role in leading the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia. This exciting opportunity will challenge you to drive campaign growth, build sustainable corporate and community relationships, and inspire a team of volunteers to achieve fundraising and event planning success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, community leaders, and volunteers to drive campaign revenue and growth.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive campaign strategy, including recruitment, training, and coaching of volunteer committees.
  • Recruit, coach, and inspire individuals and teams to set and reach their revenue goals, while fostering a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Network to identify, recruit, and engage new companies and activity-based groups in the community, focusing on target markets such as golf, hiking, and live streaming.
  • Manage volunteer-led events that have resulted in revenue growth year over year, while ensuring a positive and healthy team environment.
  • Achieve or surpass designated financial and participant goals through team and individual fundraising, corporate solicitation, and community partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in volunteer committee development.
  • 2 years of proven fundraising or sales experience.
