Job Title: UX Front End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled UX Front End Developer to join our team at Fusion Alliance. As a key member of our Digital team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative web solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop complex, scalable, and high-performance web solutions using front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Translate UI/UX design wireframes into actual code that produces visual elements of the application.
  • Work with members of the Digital team to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation.
  • Define how the application looks and works, taking an active role on both sides.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant professional and technological experience.
  • Experience building complex web solutions that have been successfully delivered to customers.
  • Understanding of continuous learning in the development space and ability to learn quickly.
  • Ability to identify real-world user problems and build technology solutions to solve them.
  • Proficient in industry standard tools to manage the development workflow.
  • Excellent communication skills to work successfully in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
  • Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as, AngularJS, BackboneJS, NodeJS, Dojo.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
