**Job Description:**

Site Acquisitions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Contracts and Invoicing Administrator to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from receipt of purchase orders to generation of client invoices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, data entry, and MS Office tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from receipt of purchase orders to generation of client invoices
  • Process PO revisions to ensure up-to-date and accurate tracking of all orders
  • Audit our accounting system to determine errors and inconsistencies in contracts
  • Coordinate with field project teams and other departments to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and payments
  • Generate and submit invoices (electronic or paper), which may require additional spreadsheets, reports, and backup documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry
  • Two years of experience in an AR environment
  • One year of data entry experience required
  • Proficient with MS Office Tools, including Outlook and Excel
