Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Crew Chief to join our team at SERVPRO of CLEANAIR IMAGE, INC. As a key member of our restoration services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of restoration projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the highest level of quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Facilitate a positive customer experience by ensuring timely and efficient completion of restoration projects, and maintaining open communication with customers throughout the process.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production technicians, providing clear guidance and direction to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
  • Project Management: Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Identify and communicate safety hazards, establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers, and oversee safe work practices at all times.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed job files, documenting services provided and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resource Management: Manage labor and consumable usage on assigned projects, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements
  • Effective Communication: Possess excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Mathematical Skills: Possess basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations and make decisions based on data.
  • Experience and Education: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience in cleaning and restoration preferred. IICRC certifications are a plus but not required.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance, and perform tasks that require climbing ladders, working at ceiling heights, and working in tight spaces.
  • Travel: Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary, with the ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
