Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in project planning, construction, and close-out activities in accordance with project specifications.
  • Support the development of project plans and schedules to ensure efficient and cost-effective execution.
  • Monitor project performance, including cost, schedule, scope changes, safety, and quality.
  • Organize project folders and maintain comprehensive project files throughout all phases.
  • Input estimates and conduct production reviews using various software systems.
  • Facilitate new job activation processes within company software.
  • Coordinate with accounts receivable to ensure accurate billing and payment.
  • Prepare routine reports and assist in the preparation of complex documentation.
  • Review field reports and provide summaries to project management as needed.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and vendor coordination for submittals.
  • Track and manage permit statuses and as-built documentation.
  • Participate in customer scheduling and job coordination calls.
  • Support project managers in maintaining quality control and compliance with contract documents.
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
  • Assist in job close-out processes and may help identify new business opportunities.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in construction or project management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Project.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High School diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Authorization to work in the US without restrictions.

Compensation:

The wage for this position is $45.38/hour.
