Job Summary

As an HR Generalist, you will provide exceptional administrative support to the HR team and the West region business in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role involves assisting with day-to-day tasks, including records retention, data entry, onboarding, special projects, and responding to employee inquiries.

The successful candidate will report to the Area HR Leader and provide support to other areas of the business as required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership and coaching to employees and managers
  • Maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company regulations
  • Coordinating new hire onboarding and benefits orientation
  • Managing unemployment claims and benefits communication
  • Running reports from the HRIS system

Requirements include:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in Office Administration or HR Administration/Coordinator role
  • Knowledge of employment practices and policies
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
