Commercial Roofing Service Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at Horizon Roofing, Inc. as a Commercial Roofing Service Sales Executive.
About the Role:
- Promote and sell commercial roofing services to property managers, facility managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service management team to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth goals.
About You:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction, industrial sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong mathematics and computer skills, including proficiency in CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission based on performance.
