Agronomy Sales Professional

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Professional to join our team in Somerset, Worcester, Kent, and Queen Anne's counties in Maryland.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled sales representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and growers in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agronomy and sales techniques, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies
- Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support
- Develop and enhance relationships with customers and potential customers
- Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills
- Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention
- Ability to work with minimum supervision to meet established goals
- Well-established territory with dedicated dealers
- A 40-plus year reputation for quality seed products
