Job Description:

Stine Seed Company, a leading national seed company, is seeking an experienced Agronomy Sales Professional to join our team in Somerset, Worcester, Kent, and Queen Anne's counties in Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and financially with a respected corn and soybean seed company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Stine seed products and services.
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals.
  • Work with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and develop relationships with customers and potential customers.
Requirements:
  • Three or more years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and excellent negotiating skills.
  • Demonstrated success in dealer development and retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values.
